About the Recipe
The Berserker Chili Mac keeps the comfort but ditches the junk. Whole-grain or chickpea pasta keeps it clean, while lean meat and beans load it with protein. Spice fuels metabolism, making this hearty dish savage-approved.

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can diced tomatoes (no sugar)
1 can black beans
1 tbsp chili powder
2 cups whole-grain pasta (or chickpea pasta)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt + pepper
Preparation
Cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
In pot, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add meat, cook through.
Add tomatoes, beans, chili powder, simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in cooked pasta. Adjust seasoning.
Serve hot with optional fresh herbs.
