About the Recipe

The Immortal Greens Mix isn’t a diet salad — it’s a shield. Fiber from greens keeps digestion strong, walnuts and avocado deliver brain-boosting fats, and blueberries add antioxidants to protect and sharpen. A plate of resilience, disguised as lunch.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups kale (chopped)

  • 1 cup arugula

  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1/2 avocado, diced

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Salt + pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Toss kale, arugula, and cabbage in a bowl.

  2. Add avocado, walnuts, and blueberries.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

  4. Season with salt and pepper. Mix lightly and serve.
