About the Recipe

The Rhino Charge Shake is your morning stampede — clean protein for muscle repair, blueberries for antioxidants, avocado and almond butter for sustained energy, and chia seeds for fiber. A breakfast that hits hard and lasts long.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop high-quality protein powder (whey isolate or plant-based)

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tbsp natural almond butter

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)

  • Handful of ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth.

  3. Pour into a tall glass or shaker bottle. Top with extra chia seeds if desired.
