About the Recipe
The Rhino Charge Shake is your morning stampede — clean protein for muscle repair, blueberries for antioxidants, avocado and almond butter for sustained energy, and chia seeds for fiber. A breakfast that hits hard and lasts long.

Ingredients
- 1 scoop high-quality protein powder (whey isolate or plant-based) 
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 
- 1 tbsp natural almond butter 
- 1/2 avocado 
- 1 tsp chia seeds 
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water) 
- Handful of ice cubes 
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a blender. 
- Blend on high until smooth. 
- Pour into a tall glass or shaker bottle. Top with extra chia seeds if desired.
