About the Recipe
The Spartan Chicken & Farro Bowl is hearty fuel for endurance. Chicken rebuilds muscle, farro adds protein and complex carbs, and carrots deliver beta-carotene for immune strength.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts 
- 1 cup farro 
- 2 cups carrots, sliced into sticks 
- 1 tbsp olive oil 
- Salt, pepper, paprika 
Preparation
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika. Grill 6 minutes per side. Rest and slice. 
- Cook farro in salted water or broth until tender (25 minutes). 
- Roast carrot sticks at 400°F with olive oil and salt for 20 minutes. 
- Assemble bowl with farro base, carrots, and chicken on top.
