About the Recipe

The Titan’s Fuel Plate is built for warriors who need lasting strength. Salmon provides omega-3 power, sweet potatoes bring slow-burning fuel, and spinach packs iron for energy transport.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz wild salmon fillet

  • 1 medium sweet potato, cubed

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt + pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Toss cubed sweet potato in olive oil, paprika, salt. Roast at 400°F for 20 minutes.

  2. Grill salmon skin-side down, 4–5 minutes per side until flaky.

  3. Sauté spinach quickly in olive oil with garlic.

  4. Plate sweet potatoes, top with spinach, and lay salmon on top.
