About the Recipe

The Alpha Grind Omelet is no ordinary breakfast. Eggs bring muscle-building protein and brain-fueling choline. Spinach and mushrooms deliver vitamins and minerals for endurance. Garlic and red pepper flakes add kick and anti-inflammatory power. This is fuel that gets you moving before most people even open their eyes.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs + 2 egg whites

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 1/4 cup diced onion

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Pinch of red pepper flakes

  • Salt + pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.

  2. Add spinach, cook until wilted.

  3. Whisk eggs and egg whites. Pour over vegetables in skillet.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  5. Cook until set, fold omelet, and serve hot.
