About the Recipe
The Alpha Warrior Ribeye isn’t just steak — it’s balance. Rich, primal ribeye balanced with fresh chimichurri and fire-roasted vegetables. Power and finesse on one savage plate.

Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (10 oz each) 
- Salt + cracked black pepper 
- 1 tbsp olive oil 
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced 
- 1 zucchini, sliced lengthwise 
- 1 tbsp olive oil 
- Chimichurri Sauce: 1 cup parsley, 1/4 cup cilantro, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, salt. 
Preparation
- Make chimichurri: blend parsley, cilantro, garlic, vinegar, oil, and red pepper flakes into a coarse sauce. 
- Season ribeye generously with salt and pepper. Sear on high heat 4 minutes per side, finish to desired doneness. Rest 10 minutes. 
- Grill zucchini and peppers brushed with oil until charred. 
- Slice ribeye, top with chimichurri, and serve with vegetables.
