About the Recipe

Beast Jerky is pocket-sized predator fuel. Lean protein keeps you satisfied, spices ignite metabolism, and the clean recipe avoids processed junk. Perfect for work, travel, or mid-battle snacking.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean beef (top round or flank steak)

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos or low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Slice beef into thin strips against the grain.

  2. Mix marinade, coat beef strips, refrigerate 8–12 hours.

  3. Preheat oven to 175°F or use dehydrator.

  4. Lay strips on a wire rack over baking sheet. Bake 3–4 hours until dry but chewy.

  5. Cool completely before storing in airtight container.
