About the Recipe
Beast Jerky is pocket-sized predator fuel. Lean protein keeps you satisfied, spices ignite metabolism, and the clean recipe avoids processed junk. Perfect for work, travel, or mid-battle snacking.

Ingredients
2 lbs lean beef (top round or flank steak)
1/4 cup coconut aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
Preparation
Slice beef into thin strips against the grain.
Mix marinade, coat beef strips, refrigerate 8–12 hours.
Preheat oven to 175°F or use dehydrator.
Lay strips on a wire rack over baking sheet. Bake 3–4 hours until dry but chewy.
Cool completely before storing in airtight container.
