About the Recipe

The Berserker Stir-Fry is fast, fierce fuel — thin-sliced beef, crisp vegetables, and a ginger punch. Built for warriors who want heat and speed.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin

  • 3 cups bok choy, chopped

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Heat sesame oil in wok, sear steak quickly. Remove.

  2. Stir-fry vegetables with ginger and garlic until crisp-tender.

  3. Return steak, add soy/coconut aminos. Stir.

  4. Add cornstarch slurry, cook until glossy.

  5. Serve hot over cauliflower rice or whole-grain rice.
