The Berserker Stir-Fry is fast, fierce fuel — thin-sliced beef, crisp vegetables, and a ginger punch. Built for warriors who want heat and speed.

Ingredients
1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
3 cups bok choy, chopped
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Preparation
Heat sesame oil in wok, sear steak quickly. Remove.
Stir-fry vegetables with ginger and garlic until crisp-tender.
Return steak, add soy/coconut aminos. Stir.
Add cornstarch slurry, cook until glossy.
Serve hot over cauliflower rice or whole-grain rice.
