Ingredients

  • 6 lamb chops

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 sprigs rosemary

  • 2 cups carrots + parsnips, sticks

  • Salt + pepper

Preparation

  1. Marinate lamb in olive oil, garlic, rosemary for 1 hour.

  2. Roast carrots and parsnips at 400°F for 25 minutes.
