The Ironclad Bison Burger Plate delivers primal protein with a savage twist. Bison is leaner than beef but loaded with iron and zinc. Paired with potato wedges and sprouts, this meal balances fuel and fire.

Ingredients
- 6 oz ground bison, shaped into a patty 
- 1 large potato, cut into wedges 
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved 
- 1 tbsp olive oil 
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder 
Preparation
- Season bison patty with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Grill 4–5 minutes per side. 
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil + sea salt. Roast at 425°F for 25 minutes. 
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, roast 20 minutes at 400°F until crisp. 
- Plate patty with sides.
