About the Recipe

The Ironclad Bison Burger Plate delivers primal protein with a savage twist. Bison is leaner than beef but loaded with iron and zinc. Paired with potato wedges and sprouts, this meal balances fuel and fire.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz ground bison, shaped into a patty

  • 1 large potato, cut into wedges

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Season bison patty with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Grill 4–5 minutes per side.

  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil + sea salt. Roast at 425°F for 25 minutes.

  3. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, roast 20 minutes at 400°F until crisp.

  4. Plate patty with sides.
