The Ironclad Bison Burger Plate delivers primal protein with a savage twist. Bison is leaner than beef but loaded with iron and zinc. Paired with potato wedges and sprouts, this meal balances fuel and fire.

Ingredients
6 oz ground bison, shaped into a patty
1 large potato, cut into wedges
2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Preparation
Season bison patty with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Grill 4–5 minutes per side.
Toss potato wedges with olive oil + sea salt. Roast at 425°F for 25 minutes.
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, roast 20 minutes at 400°F until crisp.
Plate patty with sides.
