About the Recipe

The Lion’s Kill Plate is primal performance fuel — a seared steak to build muscle, broccoli to sharpen recovery, and sweet potato mash to keep your energy steady through the night. Clean, powerful, and built for dominance.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz grass-fed sirloin or strip steak

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt, cracked pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes

  • 2 tsp olive oil (for veggies)

  • Pinch of cinnamon (for mash)

Preparation

  • Step 1

    • Pat steak dry, rub with olive oil and seasonings.

  • Step 2

    • Grill over high heat for 3–5 minutes per side (medium-rare recommended). Rest 5 minutes before slicing.

  • Step 3

    • Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, and sea salt. Roast at 400°F for 20 minutes.

  • Step 4

    • Boil sweet potatoes until tender, mash with olive oil and cinnamon.

  • Step 5

    • Plate steak with broccoli and sweet potato mash.
