About the Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz grass-fed sirloin or strip steak 
- 1 tsp olive oil 
- Salt, cracked pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika 
- 2 cups broccoli florets 
- 2 medium sweet potatoes 
- 2 tsp olive oil (for veggies) 
- Pinch of cinnamon (for mash) 
Preparation
- Step 1 - Pat steak dry, rub with olive oil and seasonings. 
 
- Step 2 - Grill over high heat for 3–5 minutes per side (medium-rare recommended). Rest 5 minutes before slicing. 
 
- Step 3 - Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, and sea salt. Roast at 400°F for 20 minutes. 
 
- Step 4 - Boil sweet potatoes until tender, mash with olive oil and cinnamon. 
 
- Step 5 - Plate steak with broccoli and sweet potato mash.
