Ingredients
8 oz grass-fed sirloin or strip steak
1 tsp olive oil
Salt, cracked pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika
2 cups broccoli florets
2 medium sweet potatoes
2 tsp olive oil (for veggies)
Pinch of cinnamon (for mash)
Preparation
Step 1
Pat steak dry, rub with olive oil and seasonings.
Step 2
Grill over high heat for 3–5 minutes per side (medium-rare recommended). Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Step 3
Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, and sea salt. Roast at 400°F for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Boil sweet potatoes until tender, mash with olive oil and cinnamon.
Step 5
Plate steak with broccoli and sweet potato mash.
