The Predator’s Salmon en Papillote locks in flavor and nutrients — omega-rich salmon, crisp asparagus, and herbs steamed together in a sealed packet. Elegant but savage fuel.

Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 cups asparagus
2 sprigs dill or parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt + pepper
Preparation
Place salmon on parchment. Top with lemon, asparagus, herbs, oil, seasoning.
Fold parchment tightly into sealed packets.
Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes.
Serve packet unopened for dramatic presentation.
