About the Recipe

The Spartan Stuffed Chicken is lean fuel wrapped around bold flavor. Spinach powers recovery, feta adds tang, and sun-dried tomatoes deliver antioxidants. A warrior’s dish with finesse.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, butterflied

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt + pepper

Preparation

  1. Sauté spinach with garlic until wilted. Mix with tomatoes and feta.

  2. Stuff chicken breasts with mixture, secure with toothpicks.

  3. Sear in olive oil 3 minutes per side.

  4. Transfer to oven at 375°F for 20–25 minutes.

  5. Slice diagonally to reveal stuffing.
