About the Recipe
The Spartan Stuffed Chicken is lean fuel wrapped around bold flavor. Spinach powers recovery, feta adds tang, and sun-dried tomatoes deliver antioxidants. A warrior’s dish with finesse.

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, butterflied
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt + pepper
Preparation
Sauté spinach with garlic until wilted. Mix with tomatoes and feta.
Stuff chicken breasts with mixture, secure with toothpicks.
Sear in olive oil 3 minutes per side.
Transfer to oven at 375°F for 20–25 minutes.
Slice diagonally to reveal stuffing.
