Ingredients
2–3 medium sweet potatoes
1–2 tsp olive oil
Pinch of sea salt
Dash of cinnamon
Preparation
Peel and chop sweet potatoes into chunks.
Boil until fork-tender (about 15–20 minutes).
Drain and mash with olive oil, sea salt, and cinnamon.
Serve hot as a side.
