About the Recipe
The Warrior’s Bone Brew is liquid armor — collagen repairs joints, minerals replenish recovery, and gelatin strengthens your gut lining. Ancient warriors lived on this brew because it fuels both power and longevity.

Ingredients
2–3 lbs beef marrow bones or chicken bones
1 onion, quartered
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
4 cloves garlic, smashed
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
12 cups water
Salt + pepper to taste
Optional: bay leaves, rosemary, or thyme
Preparation
Roast bones at 400°F for 25 minutes (optional but adds depth).
Place bones + veggies in a large pot. Cover with water. Add vinegar.
Bring to boil, then simmer uncovered for 12–24 hours, skimming foam as needed.
Strain liquid, season lightly, store in jars in fridge or freezer.
