About the Recipe
The Warrior’s Bone Brew is liquid armor — collagen repairs joints, minerals replenish recovery, and gelatin strengthens your gut lining. Ancient warriors lived on this brew because it fuels both power and longevity.

Ingredients
- 2–3 lbs beef marrow bones or chicken bones 
- 1 onion, quartered 
- 2 carrots, chopped 
- 2 celery stalks, chopped 
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed 
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
- 12 cups water 
- Salt + pepper to taste 
- Optional: bay leaves, rosemary, or thyme 
Preparation
- Roast bones at 400°F for 25 minutes (optional but adds depth). 
- Place bones + veggies in a large pot. Cover with water. Add vinegar. 
- Bring to boil, then simmer uncovered for 12–24 hours, skimming foam as needed. 
- Strain liquid, season lightly, store in jars in fridge or freezer.
