🔥 BEAST MODE MONDAY - GOOD MORNING, YOU ABSOLUTE SALES BEASTS.

Morning, Beasts.

If you are new here, I am Richard. I have spent years coaching rooms full of salespeople, and the best moment is always when somebody who swore they could not do it picks up the phone anyway. Mondays belong to me or Jayne around here, and today I am bringing the volume. Jayne, who has a calm I will never have, would like everyone to know she warned me to keep it down. Not happening.

The alarm went off

Maybe you wanted another ten minutes. Maybe the bed felt a little too damn comfortable. Maybe your brain immediately started negotiating.

"Five more minutes."

"I will start after coffee."

"I will make the calls later."

"I will get serious tomorrow."

Nope. Tomorrow does not pay you. Today does.

And if you are reading this, congratulations. You are up. You are breathing. You have another shot. Another Monday. Another chance to become the person you keep telling yourself you are capable of becoming.

What are you doing this for?

Before the noise of the day starts, ask yourself: what the hell am I doing this for?

Who are you fighting for? The people at home? Your freedom? The business you want to build? The trip you promised yourself? Maybe you remember what it felt like to struggle. Maybe somebody once told you that you could not. Maybe there is a version of you in there you have not met yet.

Whatever it is, find it. Because motivation is not always going to show up with pom poms screaming your name.

Sometimes motivation looks like getting your ass out of bed when you do not feel like it. Sometimes it looks like dialing after ten people told you no. Sometimes it looks like taking a deep breath, straightening your shoulders, and saying, "Okay. Again."

That is the beast. Not the person who never gets tired, but the one who keeps moving when they are tired. Not the person who never doubts, but the one who refuses to let doubt make the decisions.

Your stop waiting plan

This week is not happening to you. You are happening to it. Ready is overrated. Here is the map.

  1. Write your why on a sticky note and put it on your screen before you do anything else.

  2. Make the first call before your coffee is finished.

  3. Follow up with the prospect who disappeared.

  4. Call the client you have been meaning to call.

  5. Go after the account you think is too big for you.

  6. Ask for the business. Then ask again.

You will hear no. Good. You will get ignored. Good. You will have conversations that go nowhere. Good. Because somewhere between the rejection and the frustration, there is a yes. A new client. A referral. A relationship. A breakthrough. But you do not meet that opportunity sitting on the sidelines, my friend.

Your real competition

You are not competing with the person in the next cubicle. You are not competing with somebody showing off online. You are not competing with last month's top producer.

You are competing with the version of yourself that wants comfort more than growth. Beat that person. One call at a time. One conversation at a time. One uncomfortable decision at a time.

So stand up. Turn the music up. Look in the mirror and remember exactly who you are. You are a closer. You are a hunter. You are built for pressure. You are built for the hard days.

Now quit reading motivational posts and go give somebody a reason to write one about you.

Before you go

If this woke you up, tap the heart. Send it to the friend who keeps hitting snooze on their goals, and follow SalesBEAST so you never miss a Monday from me or Jayne.
