Beast Mode Monday: Drop and Give Me Six

If we haven't met, I'm Richard. I coach and train with SalesBEAST alongside Jayne, the sharpest mind and the steadiest hand I know, and one of us is here for you every Monday. I'm a New York guy who calls Florida home, I'd rather be on a boat than almost anywhere, and I believe a good plan beats a good mood every single time. Today isn't a joking kind of Monday. Today we work.
A while back I was at a buddy's place, a Sales Beast who runs his business with real intention. On one wall hung six custom frames made to look like squares from the periodic table. Each had a symbol, a number, a word, and a definition. He had built his own chemistry set for success, one element at a time.
I stood there a long time. Because those frames weren't decorations, my friend. They were orders.
1. Greatness
Greatness is not a destination. It's a road that doesn't end. The day you decide you've arrived is the day you start losing ground. Greatness demands movement.
2. Success
Success is walking from failure to failure without losing your enthusiasm. You will hear no. You may hear it all morning. Dial the next number with the same conviction you carried into the first one.
3. Legacy
The goal isn't to live forever. The goal is to build something that will. Ask yourself what you're building today that can outlive you, serve other people, and carry your fingerprints long after the applause stops.
4. Mindset
Your thoughts shape your choices, and your choices shape your life. Your mind is the most powerful tool you own. Train it, aim it, and stop pointing it at your own potential.
5. Vision
Vision is seeing what everybody else misses. While the rest of the market stares at dead leads and tired objections, you see the relationship, the solution, and the deal before any of it exists.
6. Hustle
Dreams don't come true by magic. They take sweat, discipline, and the willingness to keep moving when nobody is watching and nobody is clapping.
The formula
Mindset is your spark. Vision is your target. Hustle is your fuel. Success is your proof. Greatness is your standard. Legacy is what's still standing when you're gone.
Pull one element out and the whole compound weakens. Hustle without vision is motion without direction. Mindset without hustle is a nice thought that changed nothing. Success without legacy is a trophy collecting dust in a box nobody opens.
My buddy didn't stumble into those six frames. He built a system on purpose and hung it where he'd see it every morning, before the world had a chance to negotiate with his ambition. That's discipline. That's what separates the people who talk about Monday from the people who own it.

Grab an index card before your first call today.
Write the six words you need staring back at you. Use these six or pick your own, but pick them like you mean it.
Put it on your monitor, your mirror, or your dashboard. Somewhere you can't avoid it.
Read it every morning before the excuses wake up. Then treat every word like an order.
And when you hear no this week, and you will, don't let it put out the fire. Every no is information. Learn from it, sharpen the pitch, and pick up the phone again. Consistency beats talent that doesn't show up. Every. Single. Day.
Go be the element nobody can replace.
