I'm Jayne Smythe. I coach and train with SalesBEAST, I live in Florida, and I will dance to almost anything, including the little tune my dishwasher plays when it finishes. Healthy body, healthy mind is my mantra, and it gets tested hardest at about 9pm. This bowl exists because the pantry and I have had words, and I wanted to win the next round.

The late night battle is where a lot of discipline quietly goes to lose. You finish a tough day of calls, maybe a deal slipped or a prospect went silent, and you end up standing in front of the pantry like it owes you an apology.

The Night Beast Protein Bowl gives you something cold, creamy, sweet, and satisfying without turning one craving into a full scale collapse. It tastes like dessert and still respects tomorrow morning's pipeline review. Five minutes, one bowl, and the kitchen is closed for the night.

You are not starving. You are being tested. Pass the test.

Here is the part nobody likes to hear. The late night snack is rarely about hunger. It is usually about a long day that did not go your way, and food is the easiest thing in the house to control. I get it. So instead of white knuckling it, give yourself something good that you chose on purpose. Then close the kitchen, write down tomorrow's top three calls, and go to bed. Future you will be sharper on that 9am call, and future you will thank you.

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ scoop chocolate protein powder

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • ¼ cup blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon dark chocolate chips

  • Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Stir Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth.

  2. Add banana and blueberries.

  3. Add peanut butter.

  4. Sprinkle with walnuts, chia seeds, dark chocolate chips, and cinnamon.

  5. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes.

Why This Fuels a Beast

  • Greek yogurt and protein powder bring protein, and protein helps you feel full, so one bowl actually ends the snacking instead of starting it.

  • Blueberries bring vitamin C and fiber, plus a little sweetness that does not come out of a wrapper.

  • Peanut butter and walnuts add healthy fats, which make a small bowl feel like a real treat.

  • Chia seeds add fiber, which digests slowly and helps you stay full until breakfast.

  • Banana brings potassium and natural sweetness, and a teaspoon of dark chocolate chips handles the craving without taking over.

Richard, who coaches with more heart than anyone I know, tried one after watching his New York team lose a close one and admitted it was "pretty good for something with no meat in it." From him, that is a standing ovation.

Before you go

Build this bowl before the cravings show up. Like this post, share it with the teammate who stress snacks after a lost deal, and follow SalesBEAST for more. Then tell me in the comments what you are eating before your biggest call this week, or what you reach for when the day is finally over.

That's Beast Mode.
