Most people start the morning half awake, underfed, and already behind. The Predator Breakfast Hash changes that. Eggs, lean steak, potatoes, peppers, onions, and spinach come together in one skillet to create a breakfast that wakes up the body and sharpens the mind.
This is not the kind of breakfast that whispers good morning. It kicks the door open.
Ingredients
Serves 2 6 ounces lean steak, bite-sized 4 eggs 1 medium potato, diced ½ red bell pepper ½ green bell pepper ½ small onion 1 cup spinach 1 tablespoon olive oil Smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Directions
1. Cook potatoes in half the oil for 8 to 10 minutes. 2. Add peppers and onion for 4 minutes. 3. Season steak and cook 3 to 5 minutes. 4. Add spinach until wilted. 5. Create four spaces, crack in eggs, cover, and cook until whites are set. 6. Garnish and serve.
Savage Benefits
Eggs provide protein and choline. Steak brings iron and vitamin B12. Potatoes provide useful carbohydrates. Spinach adds folate. Peppers and onions contribute antioxidants and flavor.
Cook this before the world wakes up and attack the day before it attacks you. Post it with: “Predators do not skip breakfast.”
