1 tbsp chili powder


1 tsp cumin


1 tsp smoked paprika


1 tsp cayenne (optional, for heat)


Salt + pepper to taste


Olive oil (for cooking)


Directions:


Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sauté onion, garlic, and pepper until softened.


Add turkey/beef. Cook until browned.


Stir in spices, coating the meat and veggies.


Add beans and crushed tomatoes. Bring to a boil.


Lower heat and simmer 20–30 minutes.
